Burma Human Rights Network (BHRN) is a locally led human rights organisation defending persecuted Muslim minorities in Myanmar.

Our findings have reached the UN Human Rights Council, ASEAN, the Organisation of Islamic Cooperation, and foreign governments pressing for accountability for grave human rights violations.

BHRN operates through a trusted network of researchers across eight states and regions in Myanmar and supports refugee communities in Bangladesh and Thailand. We are the only organisation documenting abuses against all different Muslim minority groups in Myanmar: the Rohingya, Kaman, Panthay, Pashu, Pathi, Myaydu and Muslim minorities among other ethnic groups in Myanmar that facing institutionalised persecution, statelessness, systematic exclusion from basic human rights and deprive of humanitarian aid.
